By using Fighting (“the app”), operated by YOUFUN, LLC, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Fighting is a relationship conflict resolution app that records conversations during disagreements, transcribes them, and provides AI-powered mediation analysis to help couples communicate more constructively and resolve conflicts.
Fighting is intended for people aged 13 and older who want to communicate better in their relationships. You must be at least 13 years old to use Fighting. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
The app creates an anonymous account for your device; no email registration or social login is required. Keep access to your device secure. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle recordings, account identifiers, and purchase information.

Fighting is not a substitute for professional counseling, therapy, medical or legal advice, and it is not a crisis or emergency service. AI-generated mediation insights are intended as a communication aid only. If you or your partner are experiencing domestic violence, abuse, or a mental health crisis, please contact appropriate professional services immediately. If anyone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services. Crisis resources are listed on our Support page.
Before your first recording, the app asks for your explicit consent to uploading recordings and third-party AI processing. You must also obtain informed consent from everyone being recorded. You are solely responsible for compliance with applicable recording consent laws in your jurisdiction.
The $3.99 paid download includes the Base plan. Premium is an optional auto-renewing subscription managed through Apple’s App Store, with subscription status managed through RevenueCat. Both plans have usage limits; the app shows the applicable features and limits. Base includes 1 recording and 1 AI review per month, recordings up to 3 hours, and the last 3 months of session history. Premium includes 10 recordings and 10 AI reviews per month, recordings up to 6 hours, full session history, and full review sections. Monthly allowances reset at the start of each calendar month (UTC) and unused allowances do not carry over. The App Store displays the price and billing period before purchase, including any local pricing or taxes. Premium renews automatically unless cancelled before renewal under the terms shown by Apple. You can manage or cancel it in your App Store account settings. If you reinstall the app or use a new device, tap Restore Purchases in the app to restore an active subscription. Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription. Refund requests are handled by Apple. Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/) also applies to your use of the app; these terms supplement it.
The app, its design, and code belong to YOUFUN, LLC or its licensors; third-party models belong to their respective owners. You retain your rights in the content you provide. By using the app, you grant us a limited license to process your content for the purpose of providing the service.
The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, YOUFUN, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app or reliance on AI-generated insights.
Audio recordings are deleted automatically about 30 days after the recording; transcripts and AI reviews are kept until you delete the session or your account. See our Privacy Policy for details.
You can delete sessions or request account deletion in the app. Access is removed immediately after confirmed account deletion, and permanent cleanup is scheduled after 72 hours, subject to retries and backup retention described in our Privacy Policy.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the app at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.
We will post changes to these terms on this page with an updated date and provide additional notice when required. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
