Frequently Asked Questions

How does Fighting work?

Fighting records a conversation you start during a disagreement, transcribes it, and uses AI to provide neutral mediation insights. It identifies communication patterns, emotional triggers, and suggests constructive ways to resolve conflicts. Only record when everyone in the conversation knows about and agrees to the recording.

Is my audio data private?

Recordings are sent over encrypted connections and processed by our hosting and AI service providers to produce transcripts and reviews. We do not sell your data. Audio is deleted automatically about 30 days after the recording; transcripts and reviews are kept until you delete the session or your account. You can delete sessions in the app at any time. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

How do I manage my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store. To cancel or change your plan:
1. Open Settings on your iPhone
2. Tap your name at the top
3. Tap Subscriptions
4. Select Fighting to manage or cancel

Premium renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. If you reinstall the app or use a new device, tap Restore Purchases in the app. Base includes 1 recording and 1 AI review per month; Premium includes 10 of each. Allowances reset at the start of each calendar month (UTC).

Can I delete my account and data?

Yes. Use the in-app controls to delete a session or your account. Confirmed account deletion disables access immediately; permanent cleanup of account records and audio is scheduled after 72 hours, with retries if needed. Deleted data may persist in encrypted backups for up to 30 days. Account deletion does not cancel your Apple subscription. For help, contact info@tutuo.ai. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Is Fighting a replacement for couples therapy?

No. Fighting is a communication aid that helps you understand conflict patterns. It is not a substitute for professional counseling, therapy, medical or legal advice, and it is not a crisis or emergency service. If anyone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services. If you or your partner are in crisis, please contact a professional; see Safety & crisis help below.

What languages are supported?

Fighting supports English and Simplified Chinese. Choose your app language in Settings.

The app isn’t working properly. What should I do?

Try these steps:
1. Make sure you have the latest version of the app
2. Check that microphone permissions are enabled in Settings
3. Restart the app
4. If the issue persists, email us at info@tutuo.ai with a description of the problem

Safety & crisis help

Fighting is not a crisis service or a substitute for professional help. If a conversation involves threats, violence or abuse, your safety comes before using the app.
